Zero Carbs…I’m loving this feeling!

So, I hate diets but this is my plan (it worked before for me)

Breakfast: Skim milk with cereal (Special K)

Lunch: 1 banana, a small salad, a tuna or turkey sandwish on whole wheat bread

Snack: any fruit

Dinner: Veggies or a salad and a lean meat

Workout: 3-4 miles 4-6 days per week alternating with Kickboxing (Billy Blanks) I love this guy

On a happy note:  I’m loving the light feeling from not eating carbs tonight! Carbs definetly slow me down and make me feel even tired and lazy..lol

I’m ready to get back in! I’m sure I’ll make it with all your help :D

Shake it up and lose it

That’s exactly what I need to do! There was a time my motivation was so high I was working out like there was no tomorrow. jezz I was doing 6-7 miles per day. Where did that motivation go? The good thing is that it helped me lose about 40 lbs, but here I am, I have only gained about 5 back but I’m still over weight and I hate it, I wanna look like I did 8 years ago. I’ve had a baby but I cannot blame my weight on the pregnancy because I lost all of it and I am already at the same weight I started my pregnancy with and that is still 25 lbs overweight! I should blame it on my husband for making me cook suck unhealthy meals, or on the social events for being so food centered…haha

Well, I’m back to my routine which is waking up around 6 am or so and doing 3-4 miles on the treadmill, to me that is the best time to workout, you are burning stored fat! I will also zip my mouth off around the food I have to cook for my husband..lol

oh…I have a picture of me from 8 years ago at 150 lbs in my computer desk so that should be enough
