Zero Carbs…I’m loving this feeling!
So, I hate diets but this is my plan (it worked before for me)
Breakfast: Skim milk with cereal (Special K)
Lunch: 1 banana, a small salad, a tuna or turkey sandwish on whole wheat bread
Snack: any fruit
Dinner: Veggies or a salad and a lean meat
Workout: 3-4 miles 4-6 days per week alternating with Kickboxing (Billy Blanks) I love this guy
On a happy note: I’m loving the light feeling from not eating carbs tonight! Carbs definetly slow me down and make me feel even tired and lazy..lol
I’m ready to get back in! I’m sure I’ll make it with all your help ![]()
